Before the PIC, Mark joined Obama for America at the beginning of the New Hampshire primary. He traveled the country managing regional IT operations until he landed at headquarters as the IT Special Projects Manager and Regional IT Director, where he was responsible for multi-million dollar contract negotiations and implementing innovative technology solutions.
Also, during the 2008 election cycle, Mark helped to found Atlas Voter Protection, an online tool that the Obama campaign used to manage their voter protection operation.
Prior to joining the Obama Campaign, Jablonowski ran his own technical consulting company that catered to local candidates and small businesses. In the 2004 election cycle, Mark was the IT Manager for the Tony Knowles for US Senate campaign.
At 24 years of age, Mark consistently turns heads for the scale and quality of the projects that he successfully tackles. Even at such a young age, he has been providing technical solutions for nearly a decade and has been involved with progressive politics for over five years. From providing strategy to help get local progressives elected, to managing all of the technical aspects for the nation's largest inauguration, he has a wide variety of experience.
Mark is a native of Anchorage, Alaska and is an avid backcountry skier.

Rajeev Chopra
Technology Strategy
One of the biggest hindrances in taking technology through implementation is the lack of bridging between user needs and technical proficiency. This is never clearer than with application development. Users who need a new application are rarely the ones who can build it, and programmers are rarely doing the job of those for whom they are building an application. This is why it is critical to find people who can both understand the technology and spend the time and focus on understanding the need, bridging the two to cultivate the best possible solution. This understanding has remained Rajeev's primary focus, and helped foster creative, reliable and customer focused solutions.
This focus was put to the ultimate test when he joined the Obama campaign as Director of Information Technology, managing field and personal technology for the largest and most technologically innovative campaign in political history. With over 10 thousand cell phones, over 3 thousand phone lines, hundreds of VOIP lines, thousands of laptops, and all of the associated concerns of email infrastructure and Internet connectivity, the campaign environment required technical innovation, leadership and determination. Rajeev was able to lead a diverse group of technical staff through this arduous and ultimately successful process, while fostering an environment that reflected his dedication to customer goals.
Drew Hulburt
Technology Strategy
With a strong Midwest work ethic, Drew hails from Chicago, where he entered the Tech sector in the dedicated hosting arena. It was within this environment where he was first instilled with strong project management and customer-centric ideals. Those ideals led him to volunteer for the Obama campaign as an IT Help Desk staffer, which soon evolved into a permanent position. Drew is currently serving as the IT Director for a national non-profit and resides in Washington, DC.

Shortly after, Toby was brought on board as one of the first staffers in New Hampshire by the Obama for America campaign. Over the next 21 months, he helped run advance field operations for the campaign in such states as New Hampshire, South Carolina, Maine, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Florida. From this experience, Toby gained a deep understanding of how technology has transformed the ways in which organizing is done at the grassroots level. Today he is a trusted voice when it comes to online organizing and the other technological needs of grassroots organizations.
